The car that changes lives

Hi friends, we would like to share our story with you and ask for your help. We are a Christian organization called Chance Lending a Hand, which has been helping people get back to normal life for several years. Our target group is men, women and moms with children who often face difficult life situations such as addiction, loss of home and financial problems. These people need a huge amount of support on their journey - from providing basic living needs such as housing, to helping them find work, improve parenting skills or tackle debt. We are here to provide comprehensive care and help them get back on their feet. 

Occupational therapy is also an important part of our work. We not only help clients, but other people and organizations as well. The Work Crew frequently participates in natural disaster situations, like the recent floods or significant storms, where they contribute to the relief operations. At the same time, our "work crew" contributes to the organization's budget, which allows us to not only provide for existing projects, but also to implement new ones.  Sadly, we encounter a problem - we are missing a trustworthy car that can handle tough terrain.  The old car that the platoon uses has been in bad shape for a long time. 

We have been trying for four years to raise funds for a new car - we have written grants, projects, and asked donors, but so far without success. That's why we are turning to you. A new car is crucial for us. It will help us transport tools, materials, and clients to the job site and ensure that we can continue our work to help change people's lives for the better.
