Let's Build a Safe and Supportive Space for Year-Round Activities

Help us create a safe and welcoming environment where children, teenagers, and adults always find respect, understanding, and a space to heal their souls.

What is our goal?

We aim to purchase and adapt a garden house that will become a key facility for our activities.

This space will enable year-round use for therapeutic retreats, creative workshops, and relaxation during our unique camps. Currently, our amazing tents stand in this location, but they cannot be used year-round, limiting our activities from May to September.

What will we build with your help?

• A garden house with two rooms, ideal for accommodating up to 8 people.
• Insulation and heating, so the house can be used throughout the year.
• Interior furnishings (beds, mattresses, bedding, shelves).
• Improving our existing clubhouse for group activities and community gatherings.

Why support us?

Stuha z.s. has been providing a safe space since 2017 for children, teenagers, and adults seeking support, understanding, and respect. We help those dealing with psychological, social, or educational challenges such as low self-esteem, bullying, eating disorders, or self-harm. Our methods, based on animal-assisted therapy, art therapy, sandplay, and hippotherapy, create an environment where everyone feels accepted as they are.

Together with our animal companions, we help our visitors regain confidence, find peace, and discover a new direction in life.

We have been dedicated to this field for over 28 years. As a close-knit group of friends, we have spent these years learning, helping, and creating a safe haven for all those in need—whether they walk on two legs or four.

How will your contribution be used?

• Garden house purchase and assembly.
• Insulation and heating for year-round use.
• Basic furnishings for accommodation.

If additional funds are raised, they will be used for other projects to enhance our services:

• Kitchen and dining area: Transforming the rubble site next to the clubhouse into a brand-new kitchen and dining area. This project involves removing the debris with a digger and building a wooden kitchen, separate from the existing clubhouse, which will significantly improve and enhance our services.
• Existing clubhouse: Adding a ceiling to the open attic space.
• Expanding resources: Adding new creative supplies, board games, and materials for art therapy and sandplay.

• Provide facilities for up to 8 clients during therapeutic retreats, any time of the year.
• Enable regular programs and therapy sessions, even during the winter months.
• Improve conditions for our therapists and visitors.
• Create a space where creativity, confidence, and new skills can flourish.
