Džony from The Tap Tap – so the body doesn’t hurt and the soul can keep singing.

Džony Macháček, whose real name is Honzík, is a twenty-eight-year-old young man with a huge heart, an infectious laugh, and a love for music. Music is his great passion – he is an active member of the band The Tap Tap, with whom he performs at concerts throughout the Czech Republic.

Despite living with a spastic form of Cerebral Palsy and other associated diagnoses, he has not lost his zest for life. He has humor, charisma, and a strong will – and when he is among people, he is truly in his element.

To preserve this joy of life in the future, he requires regular and high-quality care. With the spastic form of cerebral palsy, long-term rehabilitation guided by specialists is absolutely essential – without it, muscles shorten, mobility deteriorates, pain increases, and overall functional abilities decline.

How will this fundraiser help?

This fundraiser was created so that Honzík can undergo spa treatment and intensive physiotherapy with a qualified physiotherapist, which help him maintain mobility, reduce spasticity, and preserve the highest possible level of independence. This care enables him not only to function better physically, but also to live an active and dignified life.
