Christmas Charity: AI Academy for Teachers

Every Christmas, Škoda IT comes together to make a meaningful difference.

Thanks to last year’s Christmas charity, we supported ALSA and Centrum Paraple, organizations that help people with mobility limitations.

The donation allowed us to provide special eye-tracking cameras, enabling users to control a computer using only their eyes, significantly improving communication and daily engagement.

This year, our Christmas charity focuses on education and the future of schools in our region.

 How will the fundraiser help?

The collection will enable teachers from regional schools that choose to participate to join the AI Academy for Teachers.

The program is organized by the non-profit initiative AI dětem (AI for Children) and helps teachers understand artificial intelligence and apply it both in the classroom and in everyday school practice. Graduates become AI ambassadors, bringing innovation, inspiring colleagues and students, and helping schools grow.

The charity is open to employees and the public.

Škoda IT will cover the remaining amount needed so that all participating schools can join the program completely free of charge.
